The Fever River is a river in the Neck. Moat Cailin lies near its headwaters. The mouth of the river opens to the Saltspear.[1]

Victarion Greyjoy was sent to sail up the Fever River and take Moat Cailin, which lies nearby.
A Feast for Crows
Victarion sailed from the Fever River, where the Iron Fleet had beached itself while holding Moat Cailin, to the kingsmoot.
A Dance with Dragons
The Ryswells and Dustins surprised the remaining ironmen on the Fever River and managed to burn their longships.[2]
