A Storm of Swords
Galyeon is one of the seven singers chosen to compete at the wedding of King Joffrey I Baratheon and Lady Margaery Tyrell.[3] At the wedding, he is the third singer to perform. Accompanied by six musicians, he sings only one song: a seventy-seven verses long song about the Battle of the Blackwater.[2]
Galyeon testifies during Tyrion's trial that he saw how Tyrion picked up Joffrey's chalice and pour the last of the poisoned wine on the floor.[4]
