A Game of Thrones
Ser Gladden is chosen by Lord Eddard Stark in King's Landing to be part of a force sent into the riverlands to apprehend Ser Gregor Clegane and bring him to justice.[1] In the battle at the Mummer's Ford, however, that force is ambushed and Gladden is amongst those slain.[2]
A Storm of Swords
The brotherhood without banners include Gladden among the victims of the Lannisters.[3]
