History
Gunthor was one of the commanders of the Greyjoy garrison at Faircastle in 133 AC after Lord Dalton Greyjoy was killed by his own salt wife, Tess. In a dispute over another salt widow, Lysa Farman, Gunthor slew the garrison's other commander, Alester Wynch. The longships thus fled and Fair Isle was free.[1]
