Haegon I Blackfyre was the fourth son of Daemon I Blackfyre. He was the heir to his older brother, Daemon II Blackfyre.[2]
History
After the battle of the Redgrass Field and the failure of the First Blackfyre Rebellion, Haegon was taken to Tyrosh by his uncle, Bittersteel.[2] In exile he had at least two sons, the eldest of which he named Daemon. In 219 AC Haegon launched the Third Blackfyre Rebellion, which ended in failure. He was slain treacherously after he gave up his sword.[3]
