Ser Harry Penny was a hedge knight of the riverlands from House Penny.
History
During the Dance of the Dragons, Harry regrouped rivermen after the battle at Acorn Hall. Three days after that encounter, Harry and Ser Adrian Tarbeck died fighting each other in a new battle.[1]
