Lord Harwood Fell, is the Lord of Fellwood and is the head of House Fell.[1]

Recent Events

Presumably Harwood was first supported Renly Baratheon in the War of the Five Kings before declaring for King Stannis. He was one of the few stormlords to remain in Stannis's service after the Battle of the Blackwater.

A Feast for Crows

Lord Harwood is sworn to King Stannis I. He is among the knights who went north to the Wall with him. He is, however, a queen's man, a devotee of R'hllor and can be found among them at Castle Black.[2]

A Dance with Dragons

Lord Fell accompanies King Stannis on the march to Winterfell. He tried to save three teamsters and four horses that fell threw a hidden pond's ice, falling through himself. His knights saved him from drowning but could not save him from a feverish sleep.
