Queen Cersei Lannister remembers that Jeyne Farman married Gareth Clifton, one of her brother's Sebaston's bannermen, and had a dozen children.[1]
Hugh Clifton is a member of Queen Margaery Tyrell's guard in King's Landing.[2] He is named by the Blue Bard as often being in Margaery's presence.[3] Cersei has an arrest warrant signed for Hugh as part of her plan to get rid of Margaery. He is sent to the dungeons after his arrest.[4]
