Hugh Clifton is a member of Queen Margaery Tyrell's guard in King's Landing. He is named by the Blue Bard as often being in Margaery's presence. Cersei has an arrest warrant signed for Hugh as part of her plan to get rid of Margaery. He is sent to the dungeons after his arrest.
