House Plumm is a noble house of the Westerlands. Neither their arms or their motto appear in the books. According to semi-canon sources, they blazon their arms as three purple rondels on gold.[1]

The known Plumms during the timespan of the events described on A Song of Ice and Fire are:
- Lord Philip Plumm, Lord Plumm
- Ser Dennis Plumm, his eldest son and heir.
- Ser Peter Plumm, his second son.
- Ser Harwyn Plumm, his third son, called "Hardstone".
Distant familiar relation to the head of the house include:
- Ossifer Plumm: An ancestor of the current Plumms. Lived during one of the Aegon's reign, and married a Targaryen princess. Rumor has, he had a six foot long penis, because his wife became pregnant after he died, but still argued that he was the father.
- Ben Plumm: Nicknamed Brown Ben. An distant relative of a Plumm from Westeros, working as a sellsword at the Free Cities. Has a mixed heritage, with, among others, an half-Ibbenese and half-Qohorik grandmother and a distant Targaryen ancestor. Dragons love him.

- Ossifer Plumm and his mighty manhood was mentioned by Ben in A Storm of Swords, and by Cersei Lannister in A Feast For Crows to illustrate for Jaime that any child of Margaery could be recognized as Tommen's, even if it was physically impossible for him to impregnate the woman.
