House Selmy of Harvest Hall is a noble house from the Stormlands. Its seat is Harvest Hall. According to semi-canon sources they blazon their arms with three stalks of yellow wheat on brown.[1]
According to semi-canon sources, House Selmy are only landed knights.[2]

The known Selmys during the time span described in A Song of Ice and Fire are:
- Ser Barristan Selmy: Barristan the Bold, a member of the Kingsguard.
History
One of the greatest knights of the Kingsguard hails from House Selmy, Lord Commander Barristan, also known as Barristan the Bold. Ser Barristan was the eldest son of Ser Lyonel Selmy.[3] He was inline to inherit the seat of House Selmy. Barristan gave that his claim after he became of member to the Kingsguard. His cousin, who married the girl destined for Ser Barristan may also have taken over Barristan's claim to Harvest Hall.[4]
