A Dance with Dragons

Longwater accompanies Lord Captain Victarion Greyjoy when the Iron Fleet sails to Slaver's Bay. When the crew interrogates the captive Moqorro, Longwater mocks the red priest. Believing Moqorro has cursed Victarion's wounded hand, Longwater is the first crewmember to draw his dagger. Victarion prevents Longwater and the others from killing Moqorro, however, and takes him to his cabin. Longwater later tries to enter Victarion's cabin with Wulfe One-Ear when they hear strange chanting and laughter coming from inside, but discover it is barred.[2]

From atop the crow's nest of Iron Victory, Longwater spots Ghiscari Dawn. After Victarion kills the master of a fishing ketch, Longwater and Tom Tidewood dump the body into Slaver's Bay.[3]
