Lord of the Crag[1][2][3][4][5][6] is a title held by the head of House Westerling, the rulers of the Crag in the westerlands.[7]

History

Lord Westerling supported Prince Aegon the Uncrowned's claim to the Iron Throne and fought for him the Battle Beneath the Gods Eye in 43 AC.[8] His fate is unknown.

Lord Westerling died from the Shivers in 59 AC.[9]

After the death of Lord Jason Lannister in the Battle at the Red Fork, Lord Roland Westerling and his daughter, Jason's widow Johanna, ruled over the westerlands in the name of young Lord Loreon Lannister.[5] Roland was part of the regency of Aegon III,[6] but he died of Winter Fever.[6]

Lord Gawen Westerling offered his daughter Jeyne as a possible match for Willem or Martyn Lannister, but he was turned down by their father, Ser Kevan Lannister.[10]
