Lyonel Strong was Lord of Harrenhal and served as both Master of Laws and Hand of the King for Viserys I Targaryen. He had two sons Ser Harwin and Larys and two daughters.[1]
Appearance and Character
He was a large man and balding and had a reputation as a battler. He was slow of speech and quiet and was often mistaken for a brute.[1]
