Lyonel Strong was Lord of Harrenhal and a head of House Strong. He served as both master of laws and Hand of the King for Viserys I Targaryen. He had two sons, Ser Harwin and Larys, and two daughters.[1]

Appearance and Character

Lyonel was a large man and balding and had a reputation as a battler. He was slow of speech and quiet and was often mistaken for a brute.[1]
