Marq Farman was Lord of Fair Isle and head of House Farman during the reign of Maegor I Targaryen and the early reign of Jaehaerys I Targaryen.
Character
Lord Marq was described as an amiable man and good natured man. He was a devoted father, who loved all his children. [1]
History
Marq Farman was born a second son of the Lord of Fair Isle. His father and elder brother perished during the Battle Beneath the Gods Eye while fighting for Prince Aegon the Uncrowned, which made Marq the new Lord of Fair Isle. His eldest son and now his heir, Franklyn Farman returned the bodies of his kin to Fair Isle for burial. [1]
In 47 AC Lord Marq hosted Princess Rhaena Targaryen. During the princess stay at Faircastle, the Princess befriended his daughter Elissa and was courted by his second son Androw. They married in 49 AC, however there were tensions between them and Lord Marq's heir, Franklyn. Lord Marq's died in 50 AC, choking on a fish bone at his own table, he was sixty four years old at the time of his death. [1]
