Medgar Tully[N 1] was the Lord of Riverrun and the head of House Tully during the reign of King Daeron II Targaryen.[2]

In the lists, Medgar wore a striped blue-and-red cloak clasped with a silver trout at each shoulder.[2]
History
Lord Medgar participated in the tourney at Ashford Meadow. He challenged Ser Humfrey Hardyng in his first tilt and was knocked from the saddle on the second lance, was defeated on foot with swords.[2]
Medgar died within two years after the tourney, because in 211 AC the unnamed Lord Tully of Riverrun is a boy of eight.[4]
