Oakenshield is an abandoned castle along the Wall belonging to the Night's Watch. Castle Black lies to its west, while to the east is Woodswatch-by-the-Pool.[1]

Recent Events

Stannis Baratheon inspects the ruins of Oakenshield and Queensgate.[2] Jon Snow re-garrisons Oakenshield as the seat of Tormund.[3]
