Obella Sand is the second bastard daughter of Prince Oberyn Martell and his paramour Ellaria Sand. She is the sixth of the famous 'Sand Snakes'.[2]

A Feast for Crows
After the death of Prince Oberyn, Obella, her mother and her sisters are all taken into custody. Obella and her family are sent to the Water Gardens, where she - along with her elder sister Elia - becomes a terror of the pools.[3]
The Winds of Winter
Obella is sent to Sunspear to serve as cupbearer to the wife of Manfrey Martell, castellan of Sunspear.[4]
