Oscar Tully was a knight from House Tully during the reigns of kings Viserys I, Aegon II and Aegon III Targaryen. He was the younger brother of Lord Kermit Tully of Riverrun.[1]
Appearance and Character
Oscar was determined to be a warrior.[1] He was prideful.[1] He had red hair.[1]
History
Oscar was knighted on the battlefield after slaying three men in the Battle of the Kingsroad. He was one of the Lads who marched to King's Landing after the battle, but they later deferred to the formidable Lord Cregan Stark.[1]
After the Dance of the Dragons ended, Oscar created the Stormbreakers, a free company which left Westeros for the Free Cities.[2]

Oscar, his brother Kermit, his father Elmo, and his great-grandfather Grover are references by George R. R. Martin to The Muppets, with Oscar being inspired by Oscar the Grouch.
