Ossy is one of the mule-handlers in service to House Royce of the Gates of the Moon.[1]

During the descent from the Eyrie, Ossy is charged by Mya Stone with bringing Ser Lothor Brune and the servants down the Giant's Lance to the Gates of the Moon.[1]
