Patrice Hightower was a noblewoman from House Hightower during the reign of King Maegor I Targaryen. She was the sister of Lord Manfred Hightower of Oldtown and the aunt of Lord Martyn Hightower, Queen Ceryse Hightower, and Ser Morgan Hightower.[1][2]

Patrice never married and remained a maid.[1] She was a reputed witch.[2]
History
Patrice is considered one of the suspects in the death of the High Septon in 43 AC,[N 1] as she had sought an audience with His High Holiness at the Starry Sept on the day of his death. However, he was known to be alive when she departed. According to Maester Yandel, the suspicion only rests in the belief that poison is a woman's weapon.[1][2]
