A Feast for Crows
Philip is among the lords of the westerlands who escort the corpse of Lord Tywin Lannister from King's Landing back to Casterly Rock. He wears the colors of his house with a cloak of crimson silk in honor of Tywin. Ser Jaime Lannister thinks Lord Plumm could deal with the outlaws Sandor Clegane and Beric Dondarrion, but he would not be a good Hand of the King.[2]
