Prayer is a war galley in service to pious Lord Guncer Sunglass.[1]

Recent Events

Prayer is seized by Stannis Baratheon when Lord Guncer Sunglass refuses to acknowledge Stannis as his liege, since Stannis destroyed the sept at Dragonstone.[1]

Prayer is part of the fleet commanded by Ser Imry Florent during the Battle of the Blackwater.[1] During the battle Ser Davos Seaworth recognizes the dog's head helm of Sandor Clegane. Davos sees Sandor's white cloak streaming from his shoulders as he rides his horse up the plank and on to the deck of Prayer, hacking down anyone who blunders within reach.[1]
