Rowley was a maester who became Lord Confessor for King Aegon III Targaryen.
History
Rowley studied at the Citadel under Archmaester Sandeman, a wise healer.[1]
After the downfall of George Graceford, young Rowley was appointed as the new Lord Confessor by Lord Torrhen Manderly, the Hand of the King, in 136 AC.[1]
