A Feast for Crows
After the three eldest Sand Snakes try to stir Prince Doran Martell into declaring war against the Iron Throne in revenge for the death of Prince Oberyn, Doran orders his captain of the guards, Areo Hotah, to take all Sand Snakes into custody. While the youngest Sand Snakes pose no threat, Prince Doran wants to prevent anyone to use them against him. Only Sarella remains free because she's outside of Dorne. [1]
Obara, Nymeria and Tyene are confined to cells in the Spear Tower of Sunspear.[3] Elia, Obella, Dorea and Loreza are secluded in the Water Gardens along with their mother.[4]
A Dance with Dragons
Obara, Nymeria and Tyene are released from captivity and are present at the feast in which Gregor Clegane's skull is presented to the Dornish court.[5]
