Sansara Tarly was a noblewoman from House Tarly during the reign of King Aegon III Targaryen.[1]

Character
According to her sister, Lady Sam, Sansara was "spirited and strong" and "read more books than half the maesters in the Citadel."[1]
History
Sansara was the daughter of Lord Donald Tarly and Lady Jeyne Rowan.[1][2] Her sister, Samantha, married Lord Ormund Hightower and then his son, Lord Lyonel.[1]
After the death of Queen Jaehaera Targaryen in 133 AC, Lady Sam boldly wrote a letter proposing that King Aegon III Targaryen should marry both her sister Sansara and her step-daughter, Bethany Hightower.[1]
