Jaime Lannister starts to suspect maybe Varys had a hand in Tyreks disappearance. his reasoning being that Tyrek as the Late King Roberts former squire would have had a deal of knowledge about the kings activities including his death and knowledge like that was always valuable, a fact Varys knows that better then anyone. In addition Varys did not go down to the docks with the rest of the court the day Myrcella  was sent to Dorne, and it would have been a easy thing for Varys to spark a riot and have agents of his snatch Tyrek in the confusion.

Recent Events

A Game of Thrones

Tyrek is a squire alongside his cousin Lancel Lannister to King Robert Baratheon[4]

A Clash of Kings

The Lannisters married him to Ermesande Hayford. She is the heir of House Hayford.[5] Because Ermesande was still a baby the other squires called Tyrek "Wet Nurse."[6]

After King Stannis I and King Renly I cut off King's Landing from supplies the population began to suffer from hunger. Driven by hunger a mob attacked a royal party that had gone to the harbor to bid safe journey to Princess Myrcella. In the riot a number of men were killed. Tyrek went missing and is presumed dead.[7] Although Tyrion and Tywin put a lot of effort in finding the boy or his body they had no luck and he is missing still.[8]

A Storm of Swords

Addam Marbrand when made commander of the goldcloaks still has no luck in locating Tyrek or his body.

A Feast for Crows

Jaime Lannister starts to suspect maybe Varys had a hand in Tyreks disappearance. his reasoning being that Tyrek as the Late King Roberts former squire would have had a deal of knowledge about the kings activities including his death and knowledge like that was always valuable, a fact Varys knows better then anyone. In addition Varys did not go down to the docks with the rest of the court the day Myrcella was sent to Dorne, and it would have been a easy thing for Varys to spark a riot and have agents of his snatch Tyrek in the confusion.

Appearance

Tyrek has the same green eyes as his aunt, Cersei. He has long golden curls.[9]
