Valaena Velaryon was a noblewoman from House Velaryon living at the end of the Century of Blood. She was the wife of Aerion Targaryen, Lord of Dragonstone, and the mother of the three conquerors of Westeros: Visenya, Aegon, and Rhaenys Targaryen.[4][5]
Family
Valaena was half-Targaryen herself, through her mother, an as of yet unidentified member of House Targaryen.[4][5]
Valaena was a relative of Lord Daemon Velaryon, Aegon's first master of ships.
