Brienne of Tarth recalls that Ser Will was a part of King Renly Baratheon's host encamped beneath the walls of Highgarden. He was one of the knights that participated in the wager on who would claim Brienne's maidenhead. In his efforts to win the bet, Will offered to rub her shoulders to get the knots out.
