A Dance with Dragons

Zahrina is present at the slave market auction set up by the Yunkai'i at the mouth of the Skahazadhan outside Meereen. She bids by usually adding "and one" to the last bidder's price, which annoys the slave auctioneers. Zahrina dislikes Tyrion Lannister's appearance and hisses in outrage when he makes a vulgar gesture toward her. Tyrion thinks of her as a crone and a hag. Zahrina attempts to purchase Tyrion, Penny, Pretty Pig, and Crunch, but she gives up at three thousand. She later attempts to purchase Ser Jorah Mormont, but is outbid by Yezzan zo Qaggaz, after Tyrion convinces Yezzan's overseer, Nurse, that Jorah is part of their show.[1]

When Quentyn Martell, Gerris Drinkwater, and Archibald Yronwood meet with the Tattered Prince, they agree on the Purple Lotus as the location for their meet-up. Inside the winesink, Quentyn sees naked men dueling in a fighting pit. Zahrina directs the Dornishmen to the cellar, where they meet with the Windblown. She offers patrons food, but according to the Tattered Prince the bread is stale and her stew is unspeakable.[2]
