Lady Alyce comes to King's Landing in the entourage of Margaery Tyrell. She is pregnant.[1]
At a luncheon in the Maidenvault where Sansa Stark is invited, the fool Butterbumps performs a trick in which he hatches an egg into a dozen baby chicks. One of the chicks runs through Lady Alyce's broth.[1]
A Feast for Crows
Lady Alyce attends the funeral for Lord Tywin Lannister. There, she asks Queen Cersei Lannister for leave to name her child Tywin if it is a boy or Lanna if it is a girl. Though Cersei is tired of people asking to name children after her father, she feigns delight and consents graciously.[2]
