Reference [1] indicates the blazon:
“Oak and iron paly, beneath a white chief with seven green hands”
Correct Blazon[1] says that you have to begin with “beginning with the dexter side (shield bearer's right, but viewer's left) of the chief (upper) edge”
As such the viewer’s left fist pale must be oak/tenné and not iron/cendrée.
As such, the image is wrong.
