Brandon Stark was a member of House Stark and a son of the legendary Brandon the Builder.
History
Some stories claim that King Uthor of the High Tower commissioned Brandon the Builder to design the stone Hightower, while others claim it was instead Bran the Builder's son, also named Brandon.[1] It is unknown if Brandon was a King of Winter.
