Brenett is a maester who serves House Frey at the Twins.[1]
Appearance and Character
Brenett is bald, fat and double-chinned. His robes are stained with raven droppings and he has an amiable personality.[1]

Maester Brenett shaves the head of Marissa Frey but swears the girl's hair will grow back.[1]
Catelyn Stark visits with Brenett to inquire into the family history of Roslin Frey. Her fears are somewhat allayed by this conversation, since the maester explains that Bethany Rosby was a fertile wife for Lord Walder Frey.[1]
