What constitutes a cripple? Would Jaime Lannister, who lost a hand, be a cripple? Or Ilyn Payne, who lost a tongue and whose speech is crippled? What about Mark Mullendore? Or Gregor Clegane, who was crippled from poison? Or for that matter Sandor Clegane, who has half a face that is crippled? And what about people who have gout or greyscale? And then there's Maester Aemon, who was blind. Or Aemond One-Eye, who could see, but was crippled in one eye. Or Deaf Dick? Or Hodor, who can't speak but one word? And then what about people like Lollys Stokeworth whose mind is obviously crippled, but is not physically crippled? (I'm not sure I like this category at all...)
