Harbormaster is the official in charge of a port or harbor in the known world. In King's Landing, these positions fall under the jurisdiction of the master of coin.[1]
History
[edit]As part of his royal reforms, Jaehaerys I Targaryen replaced the harbormasters of King's Landing, Maidenpool, and Oldtown after becoming king.[2]

[edit]Tyrion Lannister notes that several key offices of the royal bureaucracy are filled by Petyr Baelish's men, including nine of every ten harbormasters.[1]
