Information in A Clash of Kings, A Storm of Swords and A Feast for Crows gives the following family tree:

With unspecified familiar relationship to the main branch of the house there is also:

It is unknown to which degree Robert and this cousin were related. If they were first cousins, then the former Lord Estermont had another son in addition to Eldon and Lomas, as both survived Robert's Rebellion.

Text reference

Information from A World of Ice and Fire and A Dance with Dragons shows that the current Lord of Estermont, Eldon, is Stannis' great-uncle. Integrating this with the previous information, it would give another possible version of the family's relationships:

With unspecified familiar relationship to the main branch of the house there is also:

It is unknown to which degree Robert and this cousin were related. If they were first cousins, then she could be a daughter of one of the unnamed Cassana's brothers.
