Paxter Redwyne's fool is the fool of Lord Paxter Redwyne at the Arbor.
History
Lord Paxter Redwyne's fool made fun of Samwell Tarly when the youth visited the Arbor, rattling his rattle before joking that he needed an "apple in his mouth". Thereafter, Lord Randyll Tarly forbade Sam to eat apples so long as they remained beneath Paxter Redwyne's roof.[1]
