Triumphs and Defeats is a book written by Archmaester Vyron. It describes the claim that the final form of Storm's End being the seventh castle is a clear show of influence by the Andals. Should this be true, it would suggest the possibility that the final form of Storm's End was achieved only during Andal times.[1]
