The Water Tower is a tower at the Twins.
Layout
The Water Tower guards the bridge across the Green Fork which links the western and eastern castles of the Twins. The tower has arrow slits, murder holes, and portcullises for defense.[1]
Guests of honor can reside in the Water Tower's richly-furnished chambers and at least one suite, and their featherbeds have corner posts carved in the shape of towers. The tower has curved steps.[2]

Quotes
The Twins—two squat, ugly, formidable castles, identical in every respect, with the bridge arching between—had guarded the crossing for centuries. High curtain walls, deep moats, and heavy oak-and-iron gates protected the approaches, the bridge footings rose from within stout inner keeps, there was a barbican and portcullis on either bank, and the Water Tower defended the span itself.[1]
—thoughts of Catelyn Stark
The bridal chamber was large and richly appointed, dominated by a great featherbed with corner posts carved in the likeness of castle towers. Its draperies were Tully red and blue, a nice courtesy. Sweet-smelling carpets covered a plank floor, and a tall shuttered window opened to the south. Catelyn's own room was smaller, but handsomely furnished and comfortable, with a fire burning in the hearth. Lame Lothar assured them that Robb would have an entire suite, as befit a king.[2]
