Xandarro Xhore was a Qartheen pirate who lived nearly two centuries after the Doom of Valyria and one century after the Red Death killed most people in the Basilisk Isles.[1]
History
Xhore was the first to raise his banner on the Basilisk Isles since the Red Death, a century after the plague swept across the Basilisk Isles. He raised a grim black fort above his anchorage on Ax Isle, using the stones he found on the islands.[1]
