Why did you replace that many sigils? most of yours look really good. but the baratheon stag has its crown on the neck, which is a show thing and shouldn't be in here, and the lannister lion is supposed to look proud which your one does not really imo, in both cases the original was better. :The crown on the neck is not specific to the show. In heraldry many animals have been depicted with crowns around the neck, notably unicorns and sometimes lions and deer. As for the lion of Lannister, I simply think this one looks better. In particular, the limbs are more nicely placed.
