Following the death of her first husband, Lady [[Rhaena Targaryen (daughter of Daemon)|Rhaena Targaryen]] married [[Garmund Hightower]] and had six daughters by him.{{Ref|TWOIAF|Appendix: Targaryen Lineage}}

House Hightower gave strong support to neither side during the [[First Blackfyre Rebellion]], keeping a foot in both Targaryen and [[House Blackfyre|Blackfyre]] camps.{{Ref|TSS}}
