The lower bailey of Riverrun is a bailey in Riverrun.^[1]

Layout

The keep of Riverrun looms over the lower bailey of the castle, which is located near the water Gate, through which boats can get in, with travelers then disembarking by a water stair that leads from the lower bailey up to the castle.^[1]

History

The duel between Brandon Stark and Petyr Baelish began in the lower bailey of Riverrun and proceeded down the water stair.^[2]
