Hodor

Hodor is a simple-minded stableboy at Winterfell. He is rememberable for his large size, said by Osha to be a result of giants blood, and the fact he only says the word 'Hodor'. The Stark children believed this to be his name, until enlightened by Old Nan, his grandmother, that his real name was in fact Walder.
