Urragon IV Greyiron was a High King of the Iron Islands from House Greyiron.
History
Urragon was called upon by his aged father Torgon to help him rule the Iron Islands in court and council, remaining at his father's side for the best part of five years during war and peace. When Torgon died, Urragon assumed kingship without a kingsmoot and no priest of the Drowned God denouncing him.[1]
Urragon's reign was long but undistinguished. His dying wish was for the high kingship to pass to his great-nephew, Urron Greyiron, but the priests demanded that a kingsmoot be held to select the successor. During the choosing at Old Wyk, however, Urron Redhand had his axemen slaughter many of the attendees, and his line henceforth ruled hereditarily as Kings of the Iron Islands.[1][2]
