| Note: Alton Beesbury's canon status is currently unclear. Alton was mentioned in The Official Game of Thrones Cookbook, a book approved by George R. R. Martin and containing a foreword from Martin himself. Until further information comes out, Alton Beesbury should be considered as a semi-canon character.[1] |

History
According to semi-canon sources, Alton was the only son of Ben Beesbury, the Lord of Honeyholt. Alton joined the Citadel to become a maester and renounced his inheritance despite his father's protests. Upon Ben's death, he was succeeded by Alton's cousin, Warryn Beesbury.[1]
