Ser Arnell is a knight and a brother of the Night's Watch. His mother was a green-apple Fossoway, but it is unknown if he is a legitimate son or a bastard.[1]

Arnell is sent by Lord Commander Jeor Mormont as an ambassador to Renly Baratheon.[1] It is not known if he reaches his destination before Renly's death, nor what has happened to him since.
