The Castellan of Hayford is the castellan of Hayford.[1]

A Clash of Kings
Following the death of Lord Hayford, the castle of Hayford passed to Lady Ermesande Hayford, a baby and the last of her line,[2] meaning that the castellan is now the de facto ruler of the Hayford lands until Ermesande comes of age.
A Feast for Crows
During his journey to the siege of Riverrun, Ser Jaime Lannister makes a stop at Hayford, whose castellan asks Jaime to supper, so he brings several lords and knights with him for the dinner. Lady Ermesande is briefly presented to the guests, but the toddler is taken away when she begins to cry. The castle's castellan asks about Ermesande's spouse, Lord Tyrek Lannister, but the youth remains missing after the riots in King's Landing.[1]
